Katty Coulson is the IT leader for Latin America.

Responsible for driving Business and IT architectural alignment in the region; leader of a multi-country team that enables productivity and increases user experience of Cisco employees and organizations. She was awarded “Cisco IT Manager of the Year” in 2012 and recognized by HACR at their Young Hispanic Corporate Achievers program in 2013 for her leadership, professional success and commitment with the Latino Community.

Katty is a born and raised Mexican, moving to the United States 11 years ago. Today Katty resides in San Jose, CA with her husband and 3 children. She is an avid runner and enjoys giving back activities, traveling and spending time with her family.
